Cloud View Productions is an aerial, real estate, and commercial photography and video studio based in Boca Raton, Florida, serving South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or hire us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Quote requests. When you fill out the quote form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, the property or project location, and your message. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your request to our inbox.
Client and project details. When you book a shoot, we collect what we need to do the job and deliver it: contact details, property addresses, access instructions, listing information, and payment records.
Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited in order to serve the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule and perform the shoot, deliver your photos, video, floor plans, and virtual tours, and invoice you.
If you ask us about our services, we may follow up by email, phone, or text message. You can stop those messages at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just tell us. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not given us their number and agreed to hear from us.
We keep client records in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and send text messages through a business messaging service. Those providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Our drone flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 rules. Aerial images of a property can incidentally include neighboring properties, streets, and public areas. We capture only what is needed for the job, we do not photograph into private spaces, and we do not sell aerial imagery of private property to third parties.
Photos and video we create are our work product and are licensed to you under the terms of your order. We may show selected work in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing unless you ask us not to. Property owners who want a specific image removed from our public portfolio can email us.
Virtual tours are hosted on tours.cloudviewproductions.com by Real Tour Vision, which operates that service under its own privacy policy.
This site embeds a few outside services that may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies: YouTube (video), Behold (Instagram feed), Feedspace (client reviews), and Real Tour Vision (virtual tours). Links to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, with partners you ask us to coordinate with on a project, and when the law requires it.
We keep quote requests for as long as they are useful for following up, and client records for as long as needed to support your deliverables and our tax and business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will honor the request unless we need to keep a record for legal or contractual reasons.
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
