How much does real estate photography cost in Boca Raton?

Aerial Only is $175, Interior Only is $225, Interior + Exterior + Aerial is $275, and Interior + Aerial + Video is $650. A 2D floor plan add-on is $75 and twilight starts at $150. Every package includes the marketing kit. Full details are on the pricing page.

How fast are the photos delivered?

Within 24 hours of the shoot. Video takes a little longer, and we'll tell you when you book.

Is the drone pilot FAA certified?

Yes. Eric Goldstein holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and flies every job himself, with LAANC airspace authorization where it's required near Boca Raton Airport and other controlled airspace.

Are you insured?

Yes. Cloud View Productions carries general liability and drone liability insurance. Clubs and HOAs that need an additional insured certificate can ask for one.

What areas do you cover?

Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Parkland, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Palm Beach County and Broward are home turf, and we cover Miami-Dade as well.

What's included in every package?

A branded property tour video, a single property website, a YouTube upload, a printable brochure and a traffic report, on top of the edited photos. Interior packages include a 2D floor plan.

Do you offer 3D virtual tours?

Yes. 3D tours are available on request as an add-on to any interior package.

Do you offer twilight photos?

Yes. Real twilight shoots and virtual twilight edits both start at $150.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We watch the forecast and move the shoot if rain or high wind would hurt the result. Drone flights don't happen in rain or heavy wind, and we'd rather reshoot than hand you weak aerials.

How do I book a shoot?

Use the contact page or call (561) 221-1377 with the address, the size of the home and the package you want. We confirm a time as soon as you reach out.

Do you shoot golf courses and commercial properties?

Yes. Hole-by-hole drone flyovers for golf clubs are a specialty, with work at Boca Rio and The Club at Boca Pointe. An 18-hole flyover film is $3,000, 9 holes is $1,800 and a single signature hole is $400. See the golf portfolio. Commercial and HOA community work is quoted per project.
